Experienced Trade Depot Supervisor required for leading builders merchant based in theChelmsford area.
Offering a base salary of £23,000 per annum with an opportunity to earnmore through a company bonus scheme!
This is a full time permanent role, with an amazing opportunity to develop and grow within the organisation!
Day to day as a Trade Depot Supervisor, you would be managing the trade counter by engaging with a variety of customers, providing general advice on stock lines and processing orders as well as overseeing stock levels and the general care of goods within the warehouse.
Your day will involve face to face interactions, phone calls and emails. You will play an integral part within the team to influence how the branch performs.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven ability to lead a team to daily targets
- Confidence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Quickness in learning and understanding of product knowledge and processes
- Competence with MS Office and ability to adapt to using stock/sale systems
- Able to support the team across a variety of functions including trade counter/warehouse duties
