Senior Biomedical Scientist | Biochemistry | Brentwood | Competitive salary dependant on experience | Full time hours
Spire Hartswood Hospital are looking for an experienced Senior Biomedical Scientist to join their dedicated and dynamic team on a full time basis.

Duties and responsibilities
As a Senior Biomedical Scientist, you will be responsible for Biochemistry within the hospital. Your role will include but will not be limited to, booking in samples, organising referrals, troubleshooting breakdowns and operating the analyser, authorising and dealing with queries on the phone across all disciplines. Your role will also include completion of audits, EQA, adjusting targets and managing stock.
Who we're looking for
- You will be a qualified Biomedical Scientist with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- You will have a masters in Biochemistry or a specialist portfolio
- Experience of other disciplines is desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
