Head of Data Solutions
My client is a highly reputable leader in business management software and solutions, who work with a vast array of medium and large sized clients and organisations from industries such as education, legal firms, health and hospitality. They are currently undergoing an exciting expansion, and as such have created an entirely new Head of Data Solutions role.
This position is particularly well-suited to an experienced leader, with a proven record of managing a diverse workforce and interacting with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority. As they are currently heavily involved in a large-scale Databricks and Data Lake transformation project, this is a fantastic opportunity for a senior manager with Databricks experience/knowledge to take ownership of driving the evolution of the existing data strategies into Azure Cloud.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Team leadership and management of large data teams
- Liaising with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge and seniority levels
- Driving the data strategy of an enterprise company
- Helping a business make the most of their data
Skills and Experience Required
- Senior level leadership/managerial experience in data - managing teams of engineers/analysts
- Experience of Azure Databricks/Data Lake
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits Package
- Salary between £90,000 - £150,000 (depending on experience)
- Flexible on location, with offices across the UK
