Registered Qualified Community Mental Health Social Worker NQSW/SW at Belmont Recruitment

Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Registered Qualified Community Mental Health Specialist Social Worker (NQSW/SW) Band 5-6 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Loughton in Essex. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.
The post holder will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sound understanding of current government legislation, demonstrate the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and provide high quality care with evidence based therapeutic assessments, interventions and completion of accurate and timely documentation. This role requires specialist skills in mental health assessment, risk assessment, safety planning and medication administration.
The pay rate for this locum role is between £19.78 - £27.78 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
