Registered Qualified Community Mental Health Specialist Social Worker at Belmont Recruitment

Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of a Registered Qualified Community Mental Health Specialist Social Worker (NQSW/SW) Band 5/6/7 to join the Community Mental Health Team based out of Colchester or Clacton-on-Sea in Essex. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.

The post holders will manage the care coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence-based care to a defined group of service users with complex mental health needs, history of disengagement, within a defined catchment area/locality. This role is also to provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team, and act up for Team Lead in their absence as appropriate. To act as a role model and resource for junior/less experienced staff.

The pay rate for this locum role is between £18.52 - £31.52 per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
