Top Job Recruitment are looking for a Registered Nurse for a well-established Nursing Home outside of Colchester.
If you are newly qualified or an experienced Nurse, we want to hear from you!
Job role:
- To provide high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Work as a member of the nursing team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners.
- To work Full Time night shifts from 19:30 pm to 07:45 am
- Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines
- Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives, and other health care professionals
- Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/Professional visits where necessary.
Skills Required
- Proven experience of working in a care setting as a Registered Nurse
- A good team player
- 1+ Year NMC registration
- Well-developed time management and leadership skills
