Job Description: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Accountable to: Head of Administration
Overview of the Role:
This position is primarily to provide administrative support within head office
The role will include:
•         Welcoming visitors and staff to the premises and dealing efficiently and effectively with all telephone enquiries
•         Assisting with the administrative functions of the service placement commissioning process
•         Maintaining company documents and forms
•         General filing 
•         Assisting with the administration of annual customer surveys 
•         Scanning documents and electronic filing
•         Providing administrative support to team co-ordinators
•         Managing company vehicle fleet; organising tax, MOT, servicing, repairs and maintenance checks.  Dealing with accidents and insurance claims
•         Maintaining stationery and PPE stock
Person specification: 
•         You will be an experienced office worker with excellent IT skills, proficient in Outlook Email, Word and Excel.  You will have the ability, with appropriate training, to understand and operate our software system – CarePlanner
•         You will have excellent organisational skills and effectively manage priorities, working well under pressure
•         You will have excellent communication and written skills
•         You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users or their representatives, health and social care professionals and other organisations and forward sometimes complex and urgent messages
•         You will understand the importance and benefits of teamwork with a flexible approach to undertaking other duties as required
This is a full-time position working between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday
