Our Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex's leading private hospitals. It is a 64 bedded hospital all with ensuite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14 bed Day unit and a high dependency unit.
The role
As a Staff Nurse you will be working in the Endoscopy procedure room and Ambulatory Care Unit carrying out admission, recovery and discharge of Endoscopy patients and support in caring other surgical day case patients. The successful applicant will have proven and sound experience of perioperative practice.
What you'll bring with you
* NMC/HCPC registration - your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions
* A minimum of 1 year, post registration experience as a Staff Nurse in Endoscopy and Surgical ward
* Knowledge of JAG is essential
* Experience in leading a team is desirable
* ALS/EPALS certificate - desirable
* Surgical First Assist Qualification - desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
