You will be preparing fresh produce for an ever changing menu that celebrates our clients access to artisan regional and local suppliers, complemented by pub classics aswel ashearty Sunday roasts and fresh seafood all contributing to the great diversity and seasonality of East Anglia.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings. Your standard working week will be 45 hours, however at times there may be the need to work extra paid overtime.
