Bupa Health Advisor | Assessment | Southend | 18 hours per week | Competitive salary
Spire Wellesley Hospital are looking for a Health Advisor to join our warm and friendly team to provide comprehensive assessments for us working 18 hours per week.
Spire Wellesley Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.
Duties and responsibilities:
As a Health Adviser you will deliver a range of Bupa health assessment products to the public in accordance with Bupa Health Clinics policies and procedures. You will promote and encourage a healthier lifestyle in accordance with Bupa's current clinical policies and give individual lifestyle coaching appropriate to client needs with reference to their medical history and screening assessment findings. Tasks will include taking blood, ECG's, blood pressure and anthropometry.
Who we're looking for:
- You will need to have a degree or a masters in a health related field
- Experience in Health Assessments would be a benefit
- You will need to have a passion for healthcare
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build a great rapport
