Job Description NHS Band 3 Support Worker required in Clacton on Sea, Essex, up to £24.13/hr, Temporary/Flexible Agency Work HoursMy client requires a Band 3 Support Worker to work across the Clacton on Sea, Essex area. My NHS client providesAssessment inpatient services for people over the age of 65 with a functional or organic mental illness. Accepting Referrals made by GPs, Community Mental Health Teams or the Accident and Emergency Department. Referrals are also accepted for people under the age of 65 who have early onset dementia. What you'll be [ Link Removed ] 'll be working closing with the elderly over 65 accessing their functional and organic mental state to determine the amount of care they will require moving forward. Patients will typically be referred by either a GP, mental health team or emergency department.
